Once your request has been processed, you will be notified by e-mail of when the items ordered will be available for collection from the surgery. Delivery by post to your registered address can be arranged (at additional cost).

All requests for prescription medicines (this includes flea and worm control products) must be authorised by one of our veterinary surgeons. If your pet has not been seen by a vet within the last 3 months you may be asked to bring your pet to the surgery for a check-up before prescription drugs can be supplied. Usually, flea and worm control products can be supplied without the need for a check-up provided your pet is seen by one of our vets on a regular basis (e.g. vaccinated every year)

If you wish to order more than 10 products or need to order for more than one pet; please submit additional forms.

Please note: Prescribing regulations restrict the supply of prescription medicines. We can only supply prescription products to animals that are under our care and that have been seen  recently enough or often enough for the veterinary surgeon to have a personal knowledge of the condition of the animal or current health status of the herd or flock to make a diagnosis and prescribe. All requests for supplies of prescription products are subject to authorisation by one of our veterinary surgeons before dispensing.
