The online ordering system allows our clients to request supplies of:

• Ongoing medication that has previously been prescribed
• Non-prescription pet healthcare products (shampoo, toothpaste, etc)
• Wormers
• Flea control products
• Dog & cat food
• Farm medicines
• Farm vaccines

Online orders are processed as a batch once each working day. The deadline for orders is 2pm on weekdays and 10.30am on Saturdays. Orders received after the deadline will be processed on the next working day. Once your order has been processed and authorised, you will be contacted by e-mail indicating when you will be able to collect your order. If all of the items that you have ordered are in stock, then your order should be ready for collection by 9am on the following working day. In most cases out of stock items will be available by 9am on the next weekday (we do not get a delivery on Saturdays).

Online ordering is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please note: Prescribing regulations restrict the supply of prescription medicines. We can only supply prescription products to animals that are under our care and that have been seen  recently enough or often enough for the veterinary surgeon to have a personal knowledge of the condition of the animal or current health status of the herd or flock to make a diagnosis and prescribe. All requests for supplies of prescription products are subject to authorisation by one of our veterinary surgeons before dispensing.
